The Chapel holds up to 32 guests and the Pavilion, up to 85 seated guests.
Lease includes:
➢ Access to all facilities and amenities, including bridal dressing room and private restroom.
➢ Access to the Groomsmen dressing area.
➢ Ceremony venue of choice.
➢ Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 85 people seated in the pavilion set-up based on pre-determined seating chart.
➢ Additional tables to accommodate cake/gifts and catering as available
➢ Full day rental from 9 am to 10 pm. (9pm Sunday through Thursday)
➢ Parking attendants
➢ Wireless bluetooth speaker capability
➢ Early access to venue for decorating the night before (when available)
➢ 2 hour rehearsal time earlier in the week - by appt only
➢ 1 hour engagement photoshoot - by appt only.

Ceremony or Reception only
If a micro wedding is for you or you are looking for a place to celebrate after you said I Do! consider Coddle Creek Venue
➢ Includes access to the ceremony venue of choice for wedding.
➢ Access to venue grounds and pavilion.
➢ Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 85 people seated in the pavilion.
➢ Minimum of four hours of rental time. Ensure your rental time and event time include decoration and clean-up time.
➢ Additional time will be charge at $250.00/hour, incremental billing not available.

Seeking to celebrate your birthday, graduation, company events, anniversary, reunions, engagement party or any special event, the Coddle Creek Venue is the perfect location!

➢ Does not include access to the interior of buildings for usage.
