The Chapel currently serves as a backdrop only. The grounds are perfect for up to 100 guests.
Lease includes:
➢ Access to Coddle Creek grounds and pavilion.
➢ Ceremony venue of choice.
➢ Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 100 people
➢ Additional tables to accommodate cake/gifts and catering as available.
➢ Full day rental up to 10 hours. 4 hour minimum.
➢ Wireless bluetooth speaker capability
***Additional required liability insurance with each rental and is not included in the lease agreement***

If a micro wedding is for you or you are looking for a place to celebrate after you said I Do! consider Coddle Creek Venue
➢ Includes access to the ceremony venue of choice for wedding.
➢ Access to venue grounds and pavilion.
➢ Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 100 people seated in the pavilion.
➢ Minimum of four hours of rental time. Ensure your rental time and event time include decoration and clean-up time.

Gatherings

Seeking to celebrate your birthday, graduation, company events, anniversary, reunions, engagement party or any special event, the Coddle Creek Venue is the perfect location!
➢ Tables, chairs to accommodate 100 people in the pavilion
➢ Does not include access to the interior of buildings for usage.

Photo Shoot
$50.00/hour
Bring your own camera or we can provide a photographer. The property has a number of options to capture your special memories!
